Terms & Conditions – Crashkid

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed through the online store crashkid.co.at, operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs in their current version.

2. Contract Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Offer and Contract Formation

  • The display of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
  • The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • All prices are in Euro (€).
  • Prices are shown without VAT, as we apply the small business regulation under § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG.
  • Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Standard delivery time is 7–20 business days (depending on the production partner for print-on-demand items).
  • In case of delays, you will be informed immediately.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Klarna Sofortüberweisung
  • Other payment methods as shown at checkout

Payment is due immediately upon order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
  • Exceptions apply for:
    • Products made to customer specifications (e.g., print-on-demand with custom designs)
    • Sealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, once opened

9. Warranty

  • Austrian statutory warranty provisions apply (24 months).
  • Customers are entitled to free repair, replacement, or price reduction in the case of defects.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns injury to life, body, or health.

11. Data Protection

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • For business customers, the competent court is Mödling, Austria.
  • For consumers, the jurisdiction is as provided by law.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
