1) What is Crashkid?
Crashkid is a movement dressed as a streetwear label—oversized fits, bold energy, zero interest in blending in. We’re for the ones who feel too much, think too far, and don’t wait for permission. Every drop is small-batch and curated; we design pieces that feel like armor and confession at the same time. When you wear Crashkid, you’re not just buying clothes—you’re repping a story and joining a crew that lives it outside.
2) How does sizing work?
Our silhouettes are intentionally oversized. Stick with your usual size for the classic baggy look; size down for a closer fit; size up for extra drape. Core sizes on most items: L–XXL. Each product page includes a size guide—compare chest width and length to a favorite tee/hoodie at home for the most accurate feel. Fabric weight matters, too: heavier cotton = boxier fall; lighter blends = more flow. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your vibe (clean vs. mega-baggy).
3) Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?
Yes—tracked worldwide shipping. Delivery time depends on where you live and your local carrier, but in many regions it’s just a few days; some destinations can take longer due to distance or customs. You’ll get a tracking link by email and in My Account → Your Drops (open your order to see live tracking). For deliveries outside the EU, local import taxes/duties may apply on arrival (paid by the recipient). We pack safe, minimal, brand-true—no fluff, just your piece.
4) Returns & exchanges
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return on unworn items (original condition, tags on, no scents or marks).
Fastest way: go to My Account → Your Drops, open your order, and start a return (or choose “Help with order”). Prefer email? Hit hello@crashkid.co.at with your order number within 14 days.
Exchanges: because drops are limited, the quickest swap is return + new order so your size doesn’t sell out. We don’t reserve items.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method after inspection. Bank timings may vary.
Return shipping: paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty/incorrect—then it’s on us. Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.
Condition check: no worn/washed/altered items; no deodorant/makeup marks; all tags/packaging included.
Pro tip: use a tracked return and keep the receipt—untracked returns that go missing can’t be refunded.
5) Payments, security & tracking
Checkout is SSL-encrypted and secure. We accept major cards and PayPal. After payment you’ll get an order confirmation; once your piece ships, we email your tracking link (also in My Account → Your Drops).
If tracking stalls or looks weird, message hello@crashkid.co.at with your order number—we’ll ping the carrier and update you.
Remember: our drops are limited and restocks are rare. If it speaks to you, don’t wait.
