1. Overview
We want you to love your Crashkid pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or customisation reasons, including:
- Custom print-on-demand items made to your specifications
- Sealed items that have been opened (e.g., accessories with hygiene seals)
3. Return Process
- Contact us at hello@crashkid.co.at within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days after receiving the return instructions.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order, unless agreed otherwise. No processing fees will be charged for refunds.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@crashkid.co.at with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
